Scale of Charges

Bryan Madagan provides a Process Serving service throughout England and in other Jurisdictions in accordance with EU rules and the Hague Convention. All instructions acted upon as a matter of urgency by our experience office and on the road staff who will ensure that the documents are served and returned to you with an Affidavit or Witness Statement within the required time limits. We are able to attend court on your behalf and lodge and wait for any required document. Documents picked up were required from your office, court, chambers or applicants.

PROCESS SERVING
Registered office service (within M25) `The fee include preparing of Witness Statement or Affidavit (oath fees additional)`	FIXED FEE : £60
Registered office service outside M25 and Statutory Demands on an individual	FIXED FEE : £90
To collect/deliver of documents from/to Courts or other venue, serve, lodging statement of service with the police if required	£40 per hour
Mileage	70 p per mile
Preparation of Affidavit	£18
Preparation of Witness Statement	£15
BAILIFF SERVICES
To bring about a Common Law Forfeiture at commercial premises plus disbursements i.e. locksmiths and security if required	normally £225
To attending premises, taking possession on behalf of the landlord from a representative of County or High Court include making an inventory of the goods on the premises, plus disbursements i.e. locksmiths, boarding up premises or on site security	normally £100
To disposing of goods remaining on premises charged at an hourly rate	£40 per hour
The charges where a distrain is made costs are usually recovered from the tenant. If instructions are withdrawn the landlord will be invoiced
INVESTIGATION
Surveillance (depending on size of team)	charges by arrangement
Investigations/tracing	£40 per hour (plus searches)
All charges are exclusive of VAT
